***Puppy Reservation Information***  We do require everyone to fill out our online application before taking any puppy reservations or wait list fees. We do require a "Wait List Fee" to get on our list. It is your responsible to check in with us through our private Facebook group that you will be added to once we have your "Wait List Fee". Once litters/puppies arrive when you will be required to send a "Hold Fee" to reserve your puppy. We have had people ask if they could pay more money to get pick of the litter to get a head of others with on the wait list, the answer to that is "No". That is not fair to the other families in line ahead of your family. I know you would not like that done to your family. We will start taking "Hold Fees" to reserve a puppy once the litter is born and we know we have a puppy from your family, please understand its hard for us to give you an exact position in line until puppies are born. The reason is because we will not know how many are born of each color and sex. Some families have gave us several choices or prefers based on 1st, 2nd, and 3 rd choices if their 1st and 2nd choices are not available. Once the puppies are born we will contact families who have stayed in touch about a certain through our Facebook Group, it can take a couple days to get to everyone as it takes time to hear back from families on wait list. At this time you will need to commitment to a sex and color and send a "Hold Fee". We can not hold a male and female or, as we have other people in line after you waiting to know what is available for them. If there is not enough puppies born, we will give you the choice to stay to stay on the "Wait List" line for another upcoming litter. Once you commitment to a puppy in the litter it a "Hold Fee" must be sent and it is "Non-refundable" should you decide not to take a puppy. Most of the time our puppies are spoken for before birth or shortly after, therefore if you are really serious about getting a puppy from us. We do recommend getting on our "Wait List". We have a limited number of litters year each and everything is left up to mother nature of when the puppies will be ready to go home. Most our girls come into season every 6 to 10 months. Once we do a breeding you are looking at around 4 months before the puppies would be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. So you must be some what flexable in your timing. The puppy selection will not start until around 7 to 7 1/2 weeks of age. This way we can go over each puppies personality and temperaments that we are seeing. We will do updates regularly on our Facebook Private Group for the litter/puppies page as they grow. ***So please make sure you have a Facebook Account, even if it is just for looking at our Litter Group where all the photos and videos will be posted as the litter develops. Please do not ask to pick before this time. Its very important that we get a good understanding of each puppy and that everyone gets to watch them grow and develop before making their selection. *Please Note: We are not able to guarantee a certain shade of yellow as puppies are selected in order deposits were received. Our yellow puppies can range for light yellow to fox red in color. We only breed for the three recognized colors of Labradors - Black, Chocolate and Yellow (Light to Fox Red).
